Princeton has released its 2009-10 roster.

Zane Ma and Max Huc did not return to the program for their sophomore seasons.

For his senior season, Zach Finley has switched from #30 to his high school number, #24.

Touted freshman Ian Hummer will wear the same number his father did.

They are both listed in the campus directory as enrolled at Princeton.

Compared to the roster from one year ago:

Bobby Foley grew an inch. So did Nick Lake and John Comfort.

Patrick Saunders is 15 lbs stronger.

Zach Finley is listed as five lbs lighter.

Pawel Buczak is 10 lbs lighter than last year, but two inches taller!

As for the freshmen:

Will Barrett is two inches taller / 10 lbs lighter than he was listed in high school. Could he really have sprouted to 6'10"?!

Brendan Connolly is 270 compared to 240 in high school.

I misinterpreted your comment re Ma and Huc, and thought they had left the school. I am very happy to hear they are still enrolled.

As to the height increase: quite possible for males to have a late growth spurt. David Robinson grew a preposterous amount between the time he enrolled at Navy and then matriculated. In fact he exceeded the height limitation for Navy, but since he was already enrolled, no matter. Also Joe Mauer on the Twins (the catcher) is still getting taller, per reports. The Twins are hoping he stops growing so he can still catch.

Good point. I've changed what I wrote to imply that the basketball program is what Ma/Huc did not return to.
