I talked with former Tiger Matt Sargeant last October about his entrance into the coaching ranks. "If we won the league this year it would be shocking to other people. Not to me, but to other people in the Orange County girls basketball landscape," he said then. Well, Sargeant's Lady Griffins of Los Alamitos High School won their first ever Sunset League championship Tuesday night. They finished the regular season 9-1 in conference and 21-5 overall.
