New Recruit - Ian Hummer.

After being teased as a possibility on sites such as i95Ballerz since early August, Gonzaga high school senior standout Ian Hummer made his commitment to Princeton official last week.

The 6'7", 225 lb forward is the son of former Princeton star Ed Hummer '67 and the nephew of another Tiger legend - John Hummer '70.

Princeton head coach Sydney Johnson and princetonbasketball.com editor Jon Solomon caught up at Jadwin Gym on Monday morning to talk in detail about the 2008-09 season. Included in this discussion are questions about the new banners hanging in the rafters, meeting Bill Bradley for the first time, this year's team captains, information on player injuries, the freshman class, how practices have gone so far and a variety of other topics.
