Carmody's team has received a lot of TV exposure. Between the ESPN channels and the BTN I believe I have seen them play close to 10 times. A fun team to watch, particularly for those who appreciate a certain style on offense. Shurma is having a great season to round out a tremendous career. I think he has scored around 1800 points. The freshman point guard brings a real spark to this team, playing well over 30 minutes a game. With a strong finish and maybe a couple of wins in the Big 10 tourney this could be the Wildcats' year to get an invitation to the NCAA showdown.

On the ESPN article:

1) Memo to Dana O'Neil: Penn's Final Four coach was Bob Weinhauer, not Chuck Daly.

2) I recognize Robinson, Ryan and Pagano in the picture...is #41 Neil Christel? That would date the photo as 1982. And which Quakers are pictured?

Jon, do you have a take on the Jeremy Lin phenomenon? Did you view him as a potential NBA starter five years ago?

I'll try and do something on Lin next week. Into the #iansanity hashtag someone posted after tonight's game!
