Eddie Jordan, the new head coach of the 76ers, says he will be using a version of the Princeton offense next year. He credits his coaching philosophy to Carril after both were with the Sacramento Kings. It will be interesting to see how the 76ers will do.

What shocking news about Bob Dukiet. He did a good job as an assistant at Princeton and I always found him to be accessible and approachable at that time. He parlayed that apprenticeship under Carril with success at St. Peter's. After his basketball coaching career was over after a couple of more stints, I believe he was a piano player/singer. While I am sure that I am far from the best person to remark upon his passing, his contribution to Princeton basketball should be noted with appreciation. R.I.P.
