Glen Miller out at Penn.

Word just broke that Glen Miller has been relieved of his position as men's basketball coach at Penn.

According to Soft Pretzel Logic, first year Quaker assistant Jerome Allen will take over as interim head coach for the rest of the season.

Wow. This wouldn't be surprising except that I can't remember the last time an Ivy MBB coach was canned mid-season. Anyone have that info?

This comes just a day after Fran Dunphy's Temple Owls knocked off Villanova. Coincidence?
