In addition to our recap, read about Princeton's regular season finale on goprincetontigers.com, in the Trentonian, in the Daily Princetonian, in the Daily Pennsylvanian, on City Of Basketball Love, on Comcast SportsNet and on pennathletics.com.

Ian Hummer was honored by the USBWA as All-District II. Georgetown's Otto Porter was District II Player of the Year and John Thompson III was District II Coach of the Year.

In addition, Porter and Thompson III took home the Big East honors for conference player and coach of the year.

Princeton recruit Steven Cook is the Chicago Sun Times' Athlete of the Week. Cook and New Trier lost to Simeon in a tight Class 4A supersectional.

Are any coaches in the Ivy League on the hot seat?

Oregon State opens Pac-12 Tournament play versus Colorado.

Yesterday I learned former Dartmouth guard Flinder Boyd is a writer for The Classical. The piece of his I've linked is recommended.

Hi Jon. The hyperlink for New Trier's loss seems to link to an article on Oregon State instead. I'd be interested to hear about that game against Simeon - that's the team that includes Jabari Parker this year (as well as Derrick Rose and other legends past) right? At least he's in good company.

Thanks for all the hard work.

Flinder Boyd is one of the great preppy-sounding names of all time. He sounds like a character from A Separate Peace. His article in The Classical (which I'd never heard of before) is indeed very good.

The Classical is great stuff.

Relatively new, a bunch of very talented friends (Tom Scharpling, David Roth, Tom Keiser, Gregg Gethard) have written pieces there.

Also, named after a song by The Fall!
