Chris Young held the Dodgers in check over seven scoreless innings and San Diego made the most of their two hits in a 1-0 victory last night.
Down in Texas, Will Venable went 1-2 with a walk in a 6-2 San Antonio loss.
Princeton recruit Bobby Foley received a $1,500 scholarship as a finalist for The Times-Dispatch/Sports Backers Scholar-Athlete of the Year.
