Two different schools, including one Princeton played in 2010-11, have asked to talk to Sydney Johnson about their open coaching positions.

Chris Young still draws from his basketball roots.

The Daily Princetonian interviewed alumni, students, fans and family about their experiences in Tampa.

Due to Washington State's win over Oklahoma State last night, Northwestern now knows it has to be in Pullman on Wednesday for a NIT quarterfinal matchup with the Cougars.

Jon,
1 Can you rate Harvard's incoming recruiting group vs Princeton's ?

2Any incoming tiger that might have the potential of Maddox around the offensive and defensive boards ?

3Any of our current bench players that might improve like Maddox did ?

Add my thanks to the many others for your exceptional reporting.

Larry O,

Let's wait until the full classes are announced.

Mavraides' 17 total minutes his freshman year and the season-by-season progress of Maddox should serve as direct inspiration for Princeton's underclassmen. Hopefully some of them can put in the same amount of work that a Mack Darrow did last summer to earn lots of time as a sophomore.

The end of Brendan Connolly and Will Barrett's sophomore years has me excited about the problems they could cause as juniors.

Jon,

Your last comment is very heartening, can you expound upon it?

Connolly had perhaps his two best overall games of the season versus Harvard and Kentucky.

Barrett seemed like he found his strengths and eschewed his weaknesses better down the stretch of the campaign. In a different way from Kareem Maddox, he can potentially cause some terrific matchup problems on both sides of the ball.
